On January 12th my garage door system finally failed, after many years of faithful service. I went online to read reviews of prospective companies in the Twin Cities. O’Brien’s ranking stood out from all the others. I made an appointment. Technician Joe arrived on time. I told him of his company’s strong reputation…and he said he’d do his best to live up to it. He proved to be a man of his word. We replaced what what an immediate issue – and came up with a plan for future improvements. This was very important to me! I am going to rate O’Brien as 5 Stars.
